Village Space is a calm, modern platform for volunteer-run community venues. It helps halls and local organisations manage bookings, payments, events and visibility online — while making it easier for communities to discover and participate in local life.

Only if you'd like it to. Most communities use Village Space alongside what they already have. You can move things over slowly, or keep certain bookings and conversations entirely off-platform.

Yes. Phone, email and walk-ins still work exactly as they do today. Village Space simply gives you the option of a calm online layer for those who prefer it.

No. Online payments are entirely optional. If you choose to use them, you only pay processing costs on the transactions you actually take — nothing else.

It's designed for them. The interface is gentle, the admin is light, and updates can be made by anyone in your committee in a few minutes a week.

That's the most common case, and we love it. Village Space is built so that one trustee with a phone can run the whole thing. We're also a real human team — we'll help you get set up.

Yes. With your permission, local organisers can post their classes and events directly into your Village Space calendar and community listings, so everything stays current without the admin landing on you.

Most village halls and community spaces are run as charities by volunteers. We want pricing to reflect that — fair, predictable and small, so the platform pays for itself many times over.
